Potatoslices are sprinkled with some oil and then steam fried . Gives the same crunch and taste as deepfried but only a 5th of the fat. The machinery and process is protected by patents.

The factory sell Plant based meat by wet extrusion. With wet extrusion you get exactly the same texture as in meat or fish. The most expanding segment in vegan food right now.
